Steven Roger Lyddon

October 1, 1944 - July 26, 2021

Funeral Details:

Passed away peacefully at Hospice Simcoe, Barrie at the age of 76 years.  Loving son of the late Edward and Eileen Lyddon.  Beloved husband of Laura (nee James) for 30 years.  Brother of John Lyddon (Amanda) of England, and brother-in-law of Neal James (Sandra) of London, and Lisa McGuire (Chris) of Schomberg.  Dear uncle of Sarah James of London, Alicia James of Toronto, Raechel McGuire of Waterloo, Alice Turner of England, and Eileen Lyddon of England, and of the late Kyle McGuire.  Steven was born and raised in England, and immigrated to Canada in 1971.  He retired as an Interior Designer and was a member of ARIDO.  He worked many years designing spaces for renovations at the Toronto General Hospital.  Steven ended his career after owning his own interior design business, Tecmed Interiors.  In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  In memory of Steve, donations may be made to Hospice Simcoe.  Online memories and wishes may be made at www.peacefultransition.ca
