Victor Chepurnyj

It is with broken hearts the family of Victor Chepurnyj announces his passing on September 23, 2026 at the age of 72.

Victor was the beloved husband and love of Lynn's life for 41 years.  He will be deeply missed by his children, Jamie, Adam, Karina (Dillon Kost), and Sonja Chepurnyj.  He was the cherished Grandpa to his Prince and Princessa Mylah and Nash Kost, and the soon to be Knox Kost.  Victor is survived by his brothers, Alex (Carol), Gregg (Jacquie), Nick (Sylvia), sister Luba Chepurnyj, and brother-in-law Jim Brand (Tracey).  Predeceased by parents Alex and Nadja, and brother William.  Victor will be deeply missed by his many nieces and nephews whom he shared countless memories throughout the years.

Victor was well known as a Custom Home Builder throughout the Innisfil and surrounding area for 45 years.  His hard work, craftsmanship and pride in what he created was a true reflection of the man he was.   He loved spending time in his garage, working with his hands telling stories, and dancing when the time was right!  He wasn't afraid to speak his mind or say exactly what he wanted to say, and those who knew him will remember that honesty and strength as part of what made him Victor.

Victor leaves behind a lifetime of memories, stories shared, laughter heard, dances enjoyed, time spent together and countless memories that his family will carry with them forever.

Though his absence leaves an unimaginable space in the hearts of those who loved him, his love, his strength and the memories he created will remain with his family always.  Victor was deeply loved, he will be profoundly missed, and he will never be forgotten.

A Celebration of Life will take place on a later date.
