Violeta is survived by her spouse of 40 years, Franz Adam Piller, her son Troy John Brander, daughters Katherine Anne Brander (and her two daughters Amy and Ava), Laurie Suzanne Brander (and her daughter Emma and son Jake), and daughter of her spouse Katharina Jean Morgan (and her daughter Arianna).

The attached photo was us in the Gravenhurst tea room where we met to celebrate Jane’s retirement. I spoke to Vi on the telephone a couple of times afterwards, but had no idea she was experiencing health difficulties; of course not, Vi never complained. My sincere condolences to Vi’s wonderful family; may your memories keep her close.
