Passed away peacefully in his 83rd year at the Royal Victoria Hospital on May 15, 2019. Beloved husband of the late Phyllis Rafuse. Proud father of Karen Anne McCurdy (Bob) of Angus, Ontario, Kathryn Elaine Keans (Dan) of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Mark Arron Rafuse of Barrie, Ontario, Derek Earl Rafuse of Medonte, Ontario and Gwyn Evelyn Smith (Paul) of Cambridge, Ontario. Loving Grandfather of Katelyn, Ann-Marie, Holly, Mitchel, Emily, Carter, Chloe, Nicholas, David.
A private memorial service will be held for family only and will be held at a future date. He will be remembered for his significant contributions to his community through his work with AA and his EAP business, Link. Memorial donations to the Barrie Shelter would be appreciated.
