On April the 21st Wayne Gordon Diamond passed at the age of 75 at Trillium Manor in Oriilia. Wayne was born on November 14, 1944 in Toronto, ON. Wayne attended Park St. Collegiate, but he continued his pursuit of knowledge and understanding of the world in his own very distinct manner over the course of his life. Wayne was an animal lover and cared for many little four-legged creatures through the years but especially Sasha and Happy. Wayne was a collector of many fascinating little things he came across while the rest of us may have missed their significance, indeed, he appreciated these on a different plane. He taught his boys to paddle a canoe and string a bow and a thing or two about history along the way. Wayne was preceded in death by his mother Frances and step-father Bruce Sipes. He leaves behind his sons Wayde and Greg, and grandchildren Zoe and Gage, as well as his loving sister Melody and her family, Ed, Lori, Tracy and Tyler.
A private farewell for family is planned.
