Linda, John, Pam, Scott and the families,

Al was a great man and he will be missed by all! We always enjoyed his and Linda’s trips to North Bay in the summer time.
Linda and I would discuss business and politics, Al and Sue would discuss what was in the grocery flyers and where the best deals were!
    We will miss him.
Brother Ron, Sue, Chrystal and Jordan.

I woke up this morning and reading the news paper and noticed one of the nicest guys you would ever want to met had passed.
I moved to Charlbrook in 1997 and the first guy I met was Al, he was the best neighbour you could ever ask for, he always like to know what was happening on the street. We began to call him the mayor of Charlbrook and I’m sure he was in charge of the street for many years after I left.
We had plenty of good times with him he was so funny and always had good jokes and good advise for me. This made me very sad to hear of him passing he was like a father to me and kept close eye on my place.
May he rest in peace my friend.
Please let me know when his celebration of life will be as would like to pay my respects.
Our condolences to she whole family.

    George Gill and Sandy Roberts.

I was so sorry to hear of Uncle Al’s passing. We Nicolson’s have great memories of Al’s one-of-a-kind sense of humor, and his proclivity for hilarious hijinks (memories of Wasaga Beach, summer of 1971, will live forever). I know my dad and mom always appreciated late night “chats” with Linda and Al over a few pints. My sympathies to Linda, John, Pam and Scott on your loss.
