With the heaviest of hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved husband, father and grandfather, William (Stuart) Woodrow on Sunday August 18th, 2024, in his 92nd year. Born on October 3rd, 1932, Stuart was a man who proudly followed in his father's footsteps as a hard-working farmer in Oro Township. He was a loving and devoted husband to his cherished wife, Shirley (nee Tordiff) Woodrow, of 62 years. Stuart was a devoted and proud father to Stephen, his son Kevin, predeceased (and Jean) and his son Darren (and Tammy). He adored his granddaughters Jessie and Kirstin, sharing many adventures and quiet reflections together.
Stuart and Shirley enjoyed many years of retirement with friends and family at their cottage in the North Bay area. He was a man who never garnered attention for himself and wanted nothing more than to enjoy life through his family and closest friends. He will be greatly missed by all. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Peaceful Transition.
